Yes I did mean 2 AAA’s. The Leading Edge Laptops back in the 80’s did not use rechargeable’s. They used a 3v Button Battery to maintain cmos. The Buttons only lasted about 6 mos. The AAA’s would go about 2 years…
By 2 AAA battery, do you mean 2 regular AAA batteries wired up? If you do it is extremely bad idea as BIOS/CMOS batteries are made to recharge at an exact voltage, if you don’t mean this then sorry, please do ignore this comment altogether.
Very nice concept my friend, a touch screen, like you said, is a must have for such a build.
